Inspired by travel, art, culture, and human connection, Still&Shift offers another perspective on Taiwanese tea beyond the familiar narratives of ceremony and bubble tea. Through creative collaborations, gatherings, and curated tea selections, Still&Shift continues to uncover what can unfold around a shared cup.
As our first selected tea, Granary is a Dong Ding Oolong from Taiwan, celebrated for its layered aroma and beautifully balanced roast with notes of roasted rice, smoky nuts, and honey, leading to a long, grainy finish. This tea is sourced from an independent producer in Nantou County and available in limited quantities from each selection.
Designed for modern life, Granary can be enjoyed across moments and settings, from a comforting hot brew to refreshing cold brew.
Hot Brew
Steep 1 tea bag in 250ml of hot water (90-95°C) for 5 minutes. Re-steep up to four times to experience its evolving character across multiple infusions.
Cold Brew
Steep 1 tea bag in 500ml of cold water and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Wake up to a smooth, refreshing cold brew tea the next day.
